Drake Materials' experienced order and
dispatch department has the most modern technology available to
schedule your order effectively. We are able to communicate
with our mixer fleet using Trimble Global Positioning Satellite
Systems. The information is recorded in real time and then streamed
into a server that will capture and translate the data for our
dispatchers making deliveries efficient and consistent. It
also is storing up to the minute detailed information that pertains
to each load of concrete delivered for reference today or in the
past. The data captured enables us and our customers to examine
ways to better our service and help protect against product
defects.
Drake Materials understands the design and performance qualities
of concrete and is dedicated to sharing that knowledge with all of
our partners. We work with builders, general contractors,
construction managers, architects, engineers, testing agencies and
owners by assisting in the pre-construction phases evaluating,
clarifying, and if necessary improving the constructability of our
products. During construction, our service staff and quality
control technicians are involved with logistics and performance.
Finally, after construction, Drake Materials assists all stake
holders in any way possible when called upon.
Along with
excellent service in the field, Drake Materials also has the most
timely invoicing process in the industry. We can have your invoices
and delivery tickets to you by noon of the following day. We
are able to email you your actual delivery tickets and the day's
invoices most times less than 24 hours after concrete was
delivered.
